James Holmes appears medicated as he stood before a Judge in a Colorado court room this morning under arraignment for a shooting spree which killed 12 and wounded scores in a Movie theater last Friday.

And yet, every single news outlet uses EVERY descriptive term EXCEPT the word 'medicated' to describe the defendant.
