James Holmes was reportedly under the care of Dr. Lynne Fenton at the University of Colorado.

Lawyers for the accused theatre shooter are likely seeking a mistrial based on their assertion that disclosure of the package contents mailed to Dr. Fenton put the psychiatric patient/student's constitutional rights in jeopardy.

It was unclear just exactly what the psychiatrist was treating Holmes for or what medications he was prescribed by Fenton prior to the shooting event,.. which left 12 dead and scores injured...some with possible spinal cord injuries and gunshot wounds to the head.
