Colorado psychiatrist, Lynne Fenton, treating James Holmes prior to his shooting rampage, was reprimanded for prescriptions violation in 2005.
Fenton was prescribing drugs for herself and family without proper documentation (medical charts, informed consent waivers and intake forms).

It remains to be released what drugs she was prescribing for the accused shooter.
