A law banning so called "gay aversion therapy" is held-up over lawsuits filed by the California Psychological Association, California Psychiatric Association, among others who sought to thwart the enacting of the law keeping them from selling the  controversial sexual aversion therapy which is linked to several deaths and malpractice suits.
